Background
31G was founded in 2023 by industry leaders with over 20 years of experience delivering technology and digital transformation across healthcare, fintech, and enterprise organisations. Having worked on both sides consulting and delivery we saw a consistent gap in the market. Traditional consulting and Tech firms provided strategy without execution, while large software companies offered delivery without true partnership. Many growing organisations we work with were left without the right support to build business-critical systems. 31G was created to solve this problem combining strategic insight, deep engineering capability, and a flexible engagement model designed around client outcomes. Today, the mission remains simple: to be a trusted technology partner that helps organisations innovate faster, improve operational efficiency, and build scalable digital products that support long-term growth.
